Early identification can help you develop strategies to manage and overcome challenges, leading to greater success in both personal and professional life.
You can get an indication if you may be dyslexic from the BDA adult dyslexia checklist.
Important Note:
The signs listed above are not a diagnosis, but they may suggest that further investigation could be beneficial. A formal Diagnostic Assessment is the only way to confirm whether the challenges you are experiencing are related to dyslexia.
A formal diagnosis can provide clarity and ensure you receive the appropriate support, both within the education system and in the workplace, allowing you to manage any difficulties more effectively.
